high key/Low key- Studio Lighting Techniques

This is Savannah Kirby. She was very nervous to do this photoshoot, afraid she wasn't a "good model". However, she was great and I got amazing photos from her.

This was for my high key/low key project, specifically this picture is my high key entry. The only thing I wish I would have done was get more of her tattoo in the picture as it would be really interesting to see. However, I am still really proud of this picture as high key was really difficult to get all of the lights correct!
This is one of my low key entries for the high key/low key project for Studio Lighting Techniques.

I believe my low key shots came out better than my high key as Savannah was much more comfortable with these pictures. I do wish I would have made this shot more dramatic for low key, but I still really like this photo!
This low key shot came from a random idea I came up with in my Studio Lighting class. I wanted to create a really dramatic shot of a skull with spiders crawling on it. I do know that the photo is fairly busy, but I'm really proud to see my idea come to life... or death.
